Refund & Returns Policy (Digital Downloads)

This policy applies to digital content sold on www.presetground.com (presets, samples, MIDIs, templates, DAW projects).

1) Cooling-off / Right of Withdrawal

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the EU cooling-off right does not apply once you:

  1. give express consent to immediate supply, and

  2. acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal when the download/access begins.

If you have not downloaded or accessed the product and you did not provide the above consent, you may withdraw within 14 calendar days from purchase by emailing info@presetground.com with your order number. We will confirm receipt and process it accordingly.

2) Defective / Not as Described (Legal Conformity)

If your product is defective, not functional, or does not match the description:

  • We will bring it into conformity at no cost (e.g., re-delivery, updated files, a fix, or clear instructions).

  • If conformity is not possible within a reasonable time, you may request a proportionate price reduction or, where applicable, contract termination with refund.

To help us resolve issues fast, email info@presetground.com with:

  • Order number, product name

  • Your DAW + version, OS version, and any relevant plug-ins

  • A short description and, if possible, screenshots or error messages

3) Goodwill (Store Credit)

Where the law does not require a refund (e.g., change of mind after download), we may—at our discretion—offer store credit as a goodwill gesture. This does not limit your statutory rights.

4) Non-Eligibility (typical cases)

We generally cannot refund when:

  • You changed your mind after download/access started.

  • You no longer need the product or found an alternative.

  • Your system doesn’t meet the technical requirements (unsupported DAW/version/OS or missing plug-ins) stated on the product page.

  • You cannot use the product due to insufficient know-how.

  • You use cracked or illegal software (we do not support or guarantee compatibility).

5) Duplicate Purchases / Wrong Product

If you accidentally bought the same product twice or selected the wrong product, contact info@presetground.com within 14 days.

  • If the duplicated/wrong purchase was not downloaded, we’ll refund or credit you.

  • If already downloaded/accessed, we’ll assess on a case-by-case basis (goodwill credit may apply).

6) Download Access & Logs

Download links may be time- or attempt-limited. If your link expired, email info@presetground.com with your order number for a refresh. For security and fraud prevention we maintain server logs (timestamps/IP) evidencing download attempts and access.

7) How to Request a Refund or Support

Email info@presetground.com with:

  • Subject: Refund/Support – Order #[number]

  • Your full name and the email used at purchase

  • Product name(s) and order number

  • Reason for the request and technical details (see §2)

We aim to reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; bank processing times vary by provider.

8) Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under Spanish and EU law, including rights relating to digital content conformity.
